The fix for my situation was that the SIM card :razz: used had a problem. Was not registered on the network correctly. The vendors calls this the SIMVI - the IMEI no of the device and the SIM serial...

what I did in this case
There were two BES services that were using the local account.;
BES attachment service
BES controller
Changed this to use the same account as the other services - in my case the BES service...
