getjar.com is a decent one you can search by compatability for your storm and the first couple of pages most of the apps work for your storm. It might take a little looking but you can find some....

Not sure if this is your problem but you can try pushing the menu button on the main screen and see if you have it hidden. If the is a button that says "SHOW ALL" click that and see if bbmaps shows...
