I subsequently found transporter (duh, told you I was BB newb!) and configured it, preview looks good, only thing is what moves first exchange mailbox or bes account?

Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 migration
Hello All,
Current configuration:
SBS 2003/Exchange 2003
BES 4.1.2 installed on SBS server
Only 4 BB users out of 60
Will be decommissioning the SBS server
New configuration:
Exchange 2010...
