It's paired, it connects automatically.
I was able to call Acura's handsfree CS and they set me up. I just needed to press transfer during the call.

Hi I'm an intern at a company and my boss wants me to figure out the bluetooth for his blackberry tour in his Acura TL.

I am able to dial hands free and receive incoming calls, no problem....
