Yes, I have battery performance issue too. On a full charge, just checked email for a few mins and it drained 10%!

Yes, i did get SOS on 3G. I changed it to 2G and got stable connection.

It appears to be resolved now.

Totally agree with JSanders. I migrated from Bold9000 to Torch. The experience is amazing. Takes a little while to getting used to not use physical keyboard as in Bold :)

i even tried other speed tests from various other websites - but they give about the same results.
