Currently running Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1 , and was offered BES express 5 free upgrade with my service provider.

Sound like a good deal, but not sure if I'm going to be faced with...

Just reactivated a user on bes . He has many different smtp email addresses aliases against his Active Directory account.

for example

john@mycompany.com - default email address used...

This is what i did.

Removed user from BES
Wiped handset
waited a bit for user to purge gracefully
added the user back to bes, waited a bit (DIDN'T touch any settings)...

Recently removed user from bes, wiped his handset, reactivated and now I cannot get his Outlook sub folders to redirect to the blackberry handset.
