Desktop Manager Media Sync crash - help?

When I try to start the Media Sync on version 5.0.1 (to move music to the BB), the program dies. It doesn't kill the system, but the Media Sync will not run. I am on a PC with Windows XP. Any hints?

Edit: Fixed it when I deleted a later arrived voice mail. Not an elegant solution, but it worked.

Some non stereo headests can receive streamed music. I have a Jabra BT8040 that can. It is not high fidelity and it is obviously not stereo, but it can do it. There aren't many. It cost more than $40.
