Thanks, but, been there, done that. The Bell site is just a notification, but the update does not download to my Z30

My own Z30 on Koodo was updated automatically quite awhile ago, but my wife's is on Bell network and has not updated since 10.2. was pushed.

Updated OTA, I think (may have been Link), it was quite awhile ago. Can't get a reply from Carrier (Bell). Also, Link does not work well with O/S El Capitan (iMac).
