My Bold works great! It is definitely working as I expected & I haven't even upgraded to the newer OS' - I'm still on the original OS that it shipped with.

As for AT&T - their network is awful....

Mine ate about half battery through the first full day. That was with normal email / phone usage but limited browsing. It definitley eats more than my curve but that's fine. A full day works for me....
