When I open up my browser via wifi it says "unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider"

I recently updated it
Unfortunately, when I open up the browser (via wifi) I cannot access it
All it says is "Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later....
