I have been through the Web Desktop Manager and the Web Admin manager and checked everything. I think there was a reconciliation switched offf somehow and I am now getting messages in the Desktop...

I have got my new Blackberry 9300 and want to set up the Wi-Fi music synch. But I can't do it.
In Manage Connections the Wi-Fi item is unticked and show a red cross at the right.
