Really.
Are they are trying to prove they have better software dev's? Well clearly they have issues there.
Or are they trying to sell a product people want to buy under their brand? Their brand...

I got pretty good with SurePress - but it took a long time.
My thought was that they could have improved it a lot with a new on-screen keyboard layout - but they never did. In any case (ok here...

Fix The Software
Stop releasing all these hardware models with this crap software!
I used to be a die-hard and finally could not take it anymore.
Hoping the wife can dump her 9800 soon and I can stop looking...
