When client application registers with BIS it doesn't send device pin and Subscriber ID to BIS.
but In sample application there is pushing content using subscriber Id not Device...

I got url and credentials of Content Provider Admin Portal.
and also i got Configuration properties for the Push Initiator (server application)...
