I have the 8700C and when ever I have my keyboard locked and someone calls me it unlocks the keyboard. This is not supposed to happen does anybody have any idea what could be causing this to happen?...

I just got the Telenav program for my 8700c and i need to disable the firewall and I can't do it. Does anybody have any ideas?
