Does anyone know what the pixel image size should be for images used for picture caller id? When you try and select a stored image it crops it within a section. I would like to size the image...

Where do I go to add the telenav service to my account.

Also when I click on the telenav icon the on the 8800 it says it needs to change permissions and keeps looping any ideas? thanks

Found the problem, you need to remove your existing web client service book, then goto the BWC and choose "send service book" again. I now have the email reconciliation...
