Apparetly the IT guys can't find a way to do it using KB12121. Different menus or displays or something of the sort.

Not sure. My BB is new and came straight from Rogers. There sems to be an IT policy preventing us from using PIN's with other Blackberrys. I tried to PIN my wife and my friend (haha, very funny)
