I called Verizon and they told me to try downloading the latest software for the 7130e. It worked. The latest version is 4.1.0.268 and I had 4.1.0.117 which came with the unit when I purchased it...

I want to buy the 7130e because of the tethering capability. Are there any problems synching Act! 6.0 with this Blackberry? Will I need special software like CompanionLink?
