Upgraded from 5.0.0.979 without a hitch, just had to upgrade the LinkedIn app as it was slightly outdated and didn't start on OS 6.0. Enterprise Activation to BES without any manual action. Very fast...

That could very well be, tried it with a 2007 A4 with BNS and a 2006 A3 with RNS-E and both only could do a full sync. What version of the Audi BT did you use? The MMI-version?
