Desktop Manager! :) It's the software that came with your BB, or at least it should have. You can download it for free on the blackberry.com website too.

That is what it tells me when I try signing into MSN Messenger! I've tried googling this problem but I can't find exactly what I'm looking for.. People said something about Service Books? I don't...

Okay so, I've had my flip about a month and I've already got problems..

It all started when I called Customer Care because I wanted to figure out why in the world my messengers weren't working.....
