I am with Sprint and had the same type of issue....

I am with Sprint and had the same type of issue. I fixed mine by deleting all of the email service books then signing on to Sprint's BIS site and resending them then doing a battery pull after that...

Just incase anyone is interested I seem to have fixed the email problems by deleting all the email service books and resending them then doing a battery pull. I must have gotten a corrupt service...

I just upgraded my Sprint 8330 everything seemed to go fine untill I went to set up my email. It is only giving me the option to use BES no BIS option I dont use BES. What do I do? I tried a battery...
