But Exchange 2007 does not have a CDO but the bes needs one and that CDO.DLL needs to be in SYS32 on the bes and the registry needs to reflect the correct path. Right? That thread i read...

Well i found the DB files and tried the fix suggested but still did not run right. So i blew away the install using this article on clean unistalls (Has all the registry entries)
