Just tried the site again and didn't have any problems. I completed an offer that took about 2 min and then received the paid app (Ringtone Remix) for free. This is pretty cool.

I had no issues with the trackpad on my Torch -- sounds like it may be a hardware issue. Have you tried adjusting the trackpad sensitivity settings?
