Could it be that the provider locked the firmware? Cause in apploader there is a possibility to add other apps , i browsed to the upgrade of OS5 but it it says this is not compatible for your device...

App Loader , does only find 4.1.6 update. I deleted the vendor.xml file in the C:\Program Files\Common files\Research in Motion\App Loader\vendor.xml

And still does not work , are there 2 files ?...

Hi,

I got a BlackBerry 8520 from Orange in France. I need to upgrade it from OS 4 to OS5.
But the BlackBerry does not recognize the OS5 update.

I have multiple OS for multiple phones...

Dear,

After upgrade of our BES server (4.1.6-4.1.7) our gw soap connector of the BB server is constantly 100%.

Also after the upgrade we did maintance release 2.

What can we do about...
