That worked Wusmani, edited PIM Sync field...
That worked Wusmani, edited PIM Sync field "Company Name" on Desktop to "Clear" in device on a per user/group basis rather than globally.
This basically prevented the Company field from appearing...

Caller ID / Contacts
Please advice.
I administer BES 4.1 and Exchange 6.5 server. All contacts have been recently updated to show "Company Name" and now the caller ID on all of our blackberrys display "Company Name"...
