BPS and Server 2008

Hey all, I am currently running BPS 4.1.4.3 with two users on Server 2003 R2. I would like to move BPS to a new Server 2008 SP2 or maybe even R2 machine.

Has anyone successfully migrated?

DNS is fine. I only have one DC which is DNS and other clients can create MAPI profiles and resolve exchange server without issue.

Mapi32.dll is in c:\windows\system32 (no CDO.dll)

1. I am running BPS on VMWare Server 2.0 (only two users). One user got a new BB. I enabled USB support and the VM seems to see the device but admin console only shows com1 and com2. Any tricks...

Notes\Memopad Not Syncing

For whatever reason, BES is not syncing notes between Outook and my Curve. It syncs everything else just fine. I have tried reactivating, resending services books and verified PIM Sync settings.

Issues after moving user to Exchange 2007

Here was my original setup:

One server running Windows 2003 SP2 and Exchange 2003\BPS 4.1.4 (I know bad idea to have on same server)

I only have two users so things always ran smooth.

I think I narrowed it down... this user has the TMobile HotSpot@home service. And for whatever reason, he only gets him emails to the device when at home. Which is strange because he has carrier...

The user is not turning the radio or device off. Also, he is getting messages in spurts. This tell me that he does not get messages in between the last contact time and when I resend the service...
