Guys,

What is obvious about all of this is that O2 don't have a clue.

My wi-fi is now working after I flipping well insisted that, after O2 were telling me so much sh1te on a continual basis...

Anything else would be pure speculation(waffle) on my part.

O2 are talking herds of male bovine species. From my experience it does not matter whether you are on the latest software, the sim card must be enabled for O2 wi-fi in order for your 8120...
