If using a can of compressed air doesn't work, you may have to pop out the trackball to clean it. Not recommended, but it's an option.

320x180 is for widescreen. My Live Free or Die Hard video, which is super widescreen, is at 320x138 which is the original scale. If you try to change this, the video will be squished.

I had the same issue when I updated from like 4.1.something to 4.2.1.107, where the video became as small as a postage stamp.

The only way I was able to fix this was to downgrade to 4.2.0.64....
