Thanks, I do have the Rogers BB data plan and have spent the past 5 days on the phone between their customer service and their tech support and neither have been able to resolve the issue. They say...

I am having this issue but on Rogers in Canada.
I am able to makes calls and send/receive SMS but NOT able to PIN or set up email accounts.

Any idea where I can download or get the Rogers service...
