I have a weird situation and I'm not sure what caused it. As of last Saturday, around 1:40am EDT my blackberry stopped working. When I checked the event log on the BES I had the following error...

just to clear up this post. I completed the activation on the unit, and it kept all the contacts on the unit, and successfully replicated all of his contacts within outlook, which was great.
