Have you used the fqdn name?
In Older sametime Versions you must enter the BB Server in the Trusted Servers list on Sametime. There are posts in this Forum, don`t know where exactly.

Ok once more. Open the Domino Folder, and search the whole Fodler, *.txt. One of the files you will find is the log. DodnŽt remeber whats the name but it must be a txt file.
