Calendar delete takes long time

Two of our end users (we only have 10), experience a slowness of their phones updating when they delete calendar items from outlook.

I.E. I did 5 tests for each user and these are the average...

I downloaded / installed this upgrade onto my pc.
Plugged BB into computer with USB.
BB current OS is 4.1.0.81...
