I have been searching the forums and reading posts for hours

I normally try and resolve issues on my own but I am reaching out to the community for assistance. I am referring to the "wireless" sync, not hardwired sync.
An unknown update/change has taken place and for the last few weeks, I all of my BlackBerry Professional Software servers are unable to sync Contacts, Tasks and Memos to the respective BB units. Mail and Calendar sync works. I know it has to be a permissions issue created by a Windows update. My personal BBPS server and one customer are always fully up to date and they broke at the same time. I lost 3 more customers over a course of 2 weeks as they did their updates. I lost my last customers last week when (I asked them not to) their onsite IT kid did the Windows updates.
All BlackBerry Professional Software servers are installed on Windows Small Business Server 2003. They are all the same version. And all are setup exactly as I set my system up (I was the original "test bed"). System specs are Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 - Exchange 2003 on Windows Server 2003 running Blackberry Professional Software for MS Exchange - 4.1.4 (Bundle 143).
Does anyone know what permissions the BESAdmin needs in order to allow Contacts, Task and Memos to sync with the BB units? Or, if I am misunderstanding the issue, please advise me ...
I am at your mercy ... please share your knowledge for I have failed to find it on my own.
Thanks,
Digital Cowboy
