can't delete one particular email from BB - it won't disappear
 

There is one email on my BB that I can't delete. I've tried a hard reset. I've also emptied my inbox. This single email continues to show up on my BB.

Delete prior won't get rid of it. When I try to delete it, it just stays in my BB.

I've deleted it from outlook. For some reason, the email shows up twice in my outlook, but I deleted both and it still won't go away.

Pull your battery out for a minute and then put it back in.

I did a hard reset (took the battery out and waited a min or two), but it didn't fix the problem

have you tried reconciling?

failing that connect it up to your DTM and sync the messages (making sure mailbox wins is set)

If all else fails, try a selective back up and then wipe and restore. That should resolve the issue.
