So although you're getting a BESAlert error the user appears to be working fine, or is the user having issues?
One point to note (may not be relevent) is that when I installed 4.1 I noticed that I got a lot of BESAlert errors and a lot of application log errors which I thought were problems, but actually turned out to be nothing. I've read quite a few posts on here where people think they've got issues but were actually all fine, and I'm sure there were a couple of event logs that under 4.0 showed up as Warnings but in 4.1 became Errors! I'm not saying you don't have a problem, but it may be worth bearing in mind. Now I ran up to 4.1 SP2 a couple of weeks ago and since then I only get half as many dodgy looking event logs and BESAlert messages, so maybe run an SP2 update and see what's happening after that. |

Yes, we are only experiencing this for one user and the BB seems to work fine. Will try to upgrade to SP2 to see if it will clear these errors. Thanks |
