Blue dot on Z10 browser screen
 

After about a half minute on any browsed site a round blue dot about 3mm in diameter appears on the upper left corner of my screen. It isn't part of whatever data is there, which I can move up or down on the screen at will, but appears in front of the data. It appears to be some kind of notification, but I can't find out what. Does anyone know what this is? It started after upgrading to 10.2.0.429.

Try pulling the battery to reset the OS.
Also check the browser settings. I noticed on a recent update my browser was looking different and displayed wrong. The update changed the character size.
You can also try reloading or even downgrading the OS to see if it helps.

Sometimes new is not better and the same goes for the latest OS
