Updating UDS SRP ID and Auth
 
Anyone have any idea on how to update Universal Device Studio SRP ID and Auth?

What version of BES10 u have installed?

i reinstalled the server, and now the activation email is giving me the correct SRP ID.

when i type on the devices browser sg.bbsecure.com/srpid/ca. i managed to get certificate installed.

When i go to the bes 10 client, i type in sg.bbsecure.com/srpid . i still getting error 3007, which i have no idea why...

anyone out there can help?

Well, I can't find the link, but error 3007 means the server is not responding.

I can only find the KB articles for the individual handsets (Android & iOS) Which device?

Bud can you browse this on your PC

https://cc.bbsecure.com/srpID/go

where cc is country code and srp is ur SRP ID

you should get activation page

Look at this KB for possible solution on 3007 error
KB34201-"Error 3007: Server is not available. Please try again later or contact your administrator" is displayed during activation of an iOS device or Android device on BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1
