I'm hearing reports that some BBPB owners are seeing an update from .358 to .668 on their devices when they check for software updates.

Anyone here see this update?

That's the version that was pulled, so good luck if that's being pushed out.
Now when 2.1 is being pushed, that will be news.

Apparently 2.1.0.xxxx is coming very soon...perhaps next week. Which leaves me puzzled that some users are reporting this .668 update...

NO ONE KNOWS. BB Jam upcoming, so naturally it will get released.
Smart thing to do ahead of the "earnings" report due Thursday.

More anecdotal evidence of a possible 2.1 release pending:
The 2.1 beta is no longer accessible. If you register your PIN, it'll tell you an update is available, but you cannot download it.

I have been running .668 on my playbook for some time on the Rogers network. Haven't noticed any issues. I am surprised that it was "pulled" or that it is just being released to some users now.
Looking forward to 2.1.

I haven't had any problems with .668 either but some people were having issues. Thus it got pulled.

I grabbed it initially as well, before it got pulled. Some people are reporting they are getting notified of an update. Probably the same one that was fixed by RIM. I have't had any issues, in fact it fixed my camera..LoL
