Newbie BES Admin
i am a Lotus guy who just inherited BES Admin duty. I need to get Lotus sametime clients running on a Torch, a Curve, and a Bold ASAP. Any good documentation to recommend? The more basic the better.

Besides my ignorance, my predecessor left no information. Is there any easy way to determine the name of the servce account?

usually it is BESAdmin, and you can log in as administrator and look at BES Services to see what they are logged in as
