BlackBerry Expert Support Center

I need to register my blackberry at BlackBerry Expert Support Center. To do this, I have to fill these fields: SRD ID; Authentication Key and Software Type. Does somebody know how I find these characteristcs in my Blackberry 9500?

Those fields are filled with values from BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server)... not from your BlackBerry device.

BESC is for BES administrators.
