My phone is completely wiped and i am starting fresh, but i backed up my files a month or so ago and they are on my pc as a winrar file how do i get them to my bb, i have a bold 9000

When you run a backup on a blackberry using desktop manager it allows you to automatically creates a file that will re-sync to a new or wiped blackberry. The file extension created is .ipd
Unless you can reverse the method you used to create that backup or move it to a supported application such as Outlook it is useless.
