Help!
 

Ok this is a very long winded explination.

I was happy that my BBM was working then i started to add people. They're all pending so I message my family member and said add me. Nothing came through. I then sent her an invite and nothing also. I phoned her and she said you need to add an e-mail or it wont work. I went to setup wizard and e-mail setup. I do not have a BES but want to use it for personal use. On the e-mail setup menu it does not give me the option of a personal e-mail.

HELP! Its driving me mad.

Do you have a BB dataplan? You need that to use BBM, email, and all other RIM related services.
