NEw Facebook V1.8.0.49 Problem

Hello, I just installed the upgrade Facebook app (V1.8.0.49).

I cannot delete the notifications in my "MESSAGES" folder. I can't delete individual ones, or using "DELETE PRIOR" from the menu. This worked with the previous version.

Anyone else notice this and have a solution?

Didnt change anything else, just upgraded FB from the Application Center.

Bob

You mean you upgraded to the Facebook 1.9 version, it's the latest?

Anyway, this is a known issue, it is happening to me as well, and I can tell that you RIM is aware of the issue.

Sorry, yes have 1.9.0.20, the APPLICATION CENTER seemed to show 1.8.0.49.
Maybe I'll downgrade.

Anything worth keeping 1.9 on instead?

1.9 has the Places feature if you like that.

Can you downgrade?

What does the "places" feature do?
Wonder whether one can downgrade to an earlier version.
Any updates on this issue JS?

Yes, since the update both issues are happening here. Notifications work, then they dont, you never know.
