mirror under camera? 8330

what is the silver thing that looks like a mirror on the back of the 8330? Been curious since i got my phone a month ago, thank you

It's a mirror.

To elaborate a little more. The mirror is used to help align yourself with the camera lens while taking self portrait pictures.
