Unable to save media
 

Hey ladies and gents...I have a problem that using the search feature could not solve...anyways, here goes...

My wife recorded a very cute voice note from my daughter. She emailed me the voice note and I received the media. I can play it back --open attachment-- and it'll play, but there is no option to save this on my phone...

Hints or tips?

I normally forward it to my GMail account so I can send it to her grandparents. Do you want to save it on your media card or on your PC / Mac? If you want to save it to your computer you can always forward it as an email to your home PC or Mac.

No, its a 4 second audio clip that I want to save onto my memory card and use it as like an SMS alert or something...I just want to save it

I guess no one has a solution on how to save my voice note to my phone

Forward the email to a computery-type thing, take the mem card out of your phone, stick it in your computery-deal, copy the file(s) needed to said card & pop it back in your phone.

Viola.

Never attempted to save any attachments to my mem card (or phone memory even) so I can't really speak to that aspect of functionality.
