BBM + Voice Notes (deleted voice)
 

Hey guys,

So i recently started using BBM and have about 6 contacts on my list.

A close friend and I have been sending voice notes back and forth.
I didnt save them, because i thought i could always go and view them in the history and press play.

However, it lists the file name, but does not display "Play" "Save".

I really need to recover these, is there a place on the bb or media card where they are saved?

note: All my sent notes are in the "voice notes" app.

Unfortunately it 'expires' after a period of time, I don't know how long, I always save anything that I want to keep right away. The only thing you can do is ask your friend to resend the voice notes.

In BBM under Miscellaneous in Options, there is the option to save message history, the default is 'off'. I turned mine on because I sometimes go back to reread stuff, but its really a joke how much it saves, and it def doesn't save file transfers. Kind of a weak area in an otherwise awesome app.
