The BlackBerry Torch aka the BlackBerry Slider 9800 looks progressively better each time it’s pictured online. The latest pictures show just about every nook and cranny of the device and it looks great. The device will probably launch this summer on AT&T and users who pick one up will get a first taste of BlackBerry OS 6. More pictures after the jump.

I like this more and more. I pray this is out and to Sprint by the end of the year! My wife just got an HTC Evo and it is very cool. I want to stick with Blackberry when my contract renews in January and this would certainly keep me in the BB family.

Sweet lord that looks sexy, I wonder if Verizon will get it before the end of year. I might have to save my upgrade I was about to use on the Tour 2 (Bold) for this thing.

Sliders suck! Wish the would make a BB with standard KB and touch screen...

I understand that, but without the sliding keyboard, you have a much smaller screen. The slider allows maximum screen size.

Which still begs the question, when is this coming out? I understand they didn't want it coming out the same time as the I-Phone but if it's ready, let's go.

I love the idea of a slider, I had a HTC model 4 years ago before I switched to BB and it was much more durable that you would have thought. Plus since it's touch screen, you didn't need to use the keyboard as much as you'd think.
