8900 Stuck on Boot Up Sequence

1 Attachment(s)
(Take a look at the attached image.) I have an 8900 running 5.X that is stuck in the startup sequence. The progress bar gets to where it is and then it just stays there. I've pulled the battery dozens of times. Let it sit for 1 hour and then nearly a day, same result.

Something tells me it's getting hung up on the messages database.

What does anyone suggest? Can JavaLoader help me? Is there any way to interrupt the load up sequence so I can connect to JavaLoader, Loader, etc?

I'd prefer not to wipe it, last backup was from a week or two ago. (I really only would like a couple databases off of it.)

Thanks so much!

Can you try letting it sit overnight?

I thought I had bricked my phone when I had upgraded to the new Pandora version the other day, it also hung during the boot sequences but I can't say it hung for an hour, more like 15 minutes... Try leaving in that state overnight... If it doesn't work at least you know you have no other option and can re-load your last configuration.
