Google's target marketing
Is it just me or is everyone else who is visiting this forum getting adds on the left hand side for Wholesale B1ackberry phones for $89 bucks?
I think it is strange that Google would impose a fake product on a site that provides support for a genuine product! |
This site has ads? Oh that's right, I use Adblocker, non issue for me.

I always see Nexus ads :-(

I didn't know this site has any ads. I'm on a Mac using Firefox & Safari without add-ons. I see a very clean fast loading page & that's another reason for me to continue reading more.
I appreciate all that has been posted. |
I don't see the Google ads, they are blocked by my firewall or something.
But Google ads are based on page content - contextually relevant ads. If you have a web page about dieting, Google will display ads about diet products & nutrition, for example. The ads are displayed based on an algorithm of some kind, they are not chosen by humans. |
Run for the hills, robots have taken over the advertising department. Run Away, Run Away!

I went to a Jillian Michaels website once, and all I got when I came to this site was Jillian Michaels ads. They stopped after about a month. Google has the low down on us.
I like the fake BlackBerry ads too, I always thought those were funny. |
Totally agree!
