camera and video camera problems
 

I am having a lot of problems with my camera and video camera:

-when i take a picture it does not flash even though in settings i have the flash turned on

-when i take a video no sound is recorded

-when i take a video the light is not on even though in settings i have the video light on


please help, thanks

What OS version on the device?

When was the last time you did a battery pull?
