Bold 9000 Wireless Sync Issue....
 

Hi all...

I have a work Bold 9000 that syncs back to my work mail, calendar and contacts in notes. All has been working fine until...

I use a PC at work but thought it would be a good idea to back up my work BB contacts onto my mac at home. I downloaded the Mac BB manager at home, connected my BB, it then told me to go into options in my address book and change the Wireless Sync settings to desktop and not wireless.

I did this then began to sync, but during the process I decided against it and cancelled the transfer.

I then went back into my BB address book options to turn wireless sync back on but for some reason this option is not available anymore, only the desktop option....

Plus I now have 2 desktop contact lists rather than the original one that was on wireless sync.....

Any help you have would be much appreciated..... Thanks..

Contact your BlackBerry Server administrator at your company.
They may need to resend your service books, or have you reactivate on BES depending on what has changed on your handheld as a result of using BlackBerry Desktop for Mac.
